Participation
CRC is a community run club, not a medical, coaching, emergency, or transportation service. You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to participate, following route and safety instructions, obeying traffic laws, using appropriate equipment, and stopping when conditions are unsafe. Minors must participate with permission and supervision appropriate to their age.
Assumption of risk
Running and group events involve risks including exertion, falls, collisions, traffic, weather, terrain, and the actions of other participants. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in links and devices secure. Do not impersonate others, submit fabricated activities, interfere with the service, scrape member information, abuse rewards, or use CRC services unlawfully. We may reject, review, revoke, or remove activities, rewards, access, or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the club or enforce these rules.
Rewards
Reward rules, mileage thresholds, availability, locations, expiration dates, and redemption conditions may vary. Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated, may be limited while supplies last, and can be revoked for fraud, duplicate activity, technical error, or ineligible activity. Third-party services
Strava, Apple, Google, Expo, identity providers, and linked sites are independent services with their own terms. CRC is not responsible for their availability or policies. Connecting a provider authorizes CRC to process the permitted data until you disconnect.
Changes and contact
